How to submit a nomination form.

- Fill in your nominees information
- Select what category your nominee falls under
- If you would like to nominate another colleague/company/project please fill in a seperate nomination form.
- Once all forms are completed, please send them to Tracey Gersowsky at tracey.gersowsky@spintelligent.com
